Discovery session
We will have a free 45 minutes call to define if there are prerequisites to start a coaching process together, to see if we are a good match, and to give you an idea of what the coaching experience is like (we will be doing a lot of work together, so I must be the right coach for you).

SECOND 90 min session
A following session of about 90 minutes during which we will plan the training and will determine the goals and how many sessions will be needed to achieve them. We’ll get an understanding of where you are right now and where you’d like to be and set concrete next steps and accountability for you to get started.

CREATING A PLAN
Then I’ll support you in determining the following steps, setting concrete goals, and creating a plan for how you want to be kept accountable.

Sessions will take place every 10-15 days so that you can reflect on the ideas that emerged during the session by experimenting with new attitudes.
